  • Provide support in verification/validation of Management and key employees, Market, Product, Business Model and Operational Plans.

Portfolio Management & Monitoring
  • Monitor performance of portfolio companies.
  • Evaluate the trajectory of portfolio companies through research and due diligence calls with portfolio CEOs and co-investors.
  • Provide operational and strategic assistance to portfolio companies.
  • Prepare returns forecasts, commentary, investment information and associated materials for presentations.
