- Develop and manage complex financial models.
Due Diligence
- Perform business due diligence including the identification of key areas of risk and opportunity.
- Provide support in verification/validation of Management and key employees, Market, Product, Business Model and Operational Plans.
Portfolio Management & Monitoring
- Monitor performance of portfolio companies.
- Evaluate the trajectory of portfolio companies through research and due diligence calls with portfolio CEOs and co-investors.
- Provide operational and strategic assistance to portfolio companies.
- Prepare returns forecasts, commentary, investment information and associated materials for presentations.
